Stability of Braced Excavation Underneath Crossing Underground Large Pressurized Pipelines

چکیده

The practice of deep-braced excavation in congested urban environments involves frequently buried pipelines, which can exert a significant effect on the performance excavation. objective this paper is to investigate 12.5-m-deep-braced spanned by two shallowly large-diameter pressurized pipelines. A suspension structure installed within protect situ pipelines during construction. investigated performing three-dimensional finite element analysis. method verified based observations at site. results indicate that, as expected, support structures displace together with varying degrees deformation toward excavated area. strut shear forces are found be distributed axially linear manners, while bending moments symmetric manners. benefit using proposed pipeline demonstrated. By structure, well controlled, and structural integrity safety ensured. This depends convenient operation that elevation cork base stably lowered construction process.
